Cialis can cause serious side effects. Seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of the following side effects:
- an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours
- a sudden decrease or loss of hearing

- fainting
- numbness or tingling in the arms, hands, feet, or legs
- painful or prolonged erection
- ringing in the ears
- seizures
- severe or sudden decrease in vision
