Symptoms of a slow heart rate include: feeling lightheaded dizziness feeling faint If your heart rate becomes too slow, you may need to be hospitalized. Warnings: Allergy: This drug can cause a severe allergic reaction. Symptoms include: rash hives swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat trouble breathing Call your doctor right away if you have these symptoms.
