What is Cialis Soft?
Cialis Soft is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, thereby increasing blood flow to the area and allowing you to achieve and maintain an erection.
What is the most important information I should know about Cialis Soft?
You should not take Cialis Soft if you are allergic to tadalafil or if you have any other allergies. This medication should not be used if you have certain medical conditions. Before taking this medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have: heart disease or heart rhythm problems, coronary artery disease; a recent history (in the past 6 months) of a heart attack, stroke, or congestive heart failure; angina (chest pain); high or low blood pressure; liver disease; kidney disease (or if you are on dialysis); a blood cell disorder such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia; a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia; a stomach ulcer; retinitis pigmentosa (an inherited condition of the eye); a physical deformity of the penis (such as Peyronie's disease).
How should I take Cialis Soft?
Take this medicine by mouth with a glass of water. The usual starting dose is 10 mg. You may take this medicine with or without meals. Do not take more than one dose per day. If you miss a dose, you may take it when you remember but do not take more than one dose per day.
What are the possible side effects of Cialis Soft?
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Stop taking this medicine and call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects: sudden vision loss; ringing in your ears, or sudden hearing loss; chest pain or heavy feeling, pain spreading to the arm or shoulder, nausea, sweating, general ill feeling; irregular heartbeat; swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet; shortness of breath; vision changes; feeling light-headed, fainting; or penile erection that is painful or lasts 4 hours or longer.
What other drugs will affect Cialis Soft?
Do not take this medicine with any of the following medications: nitrates such as amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin; or recreational drugs such as "poppers" (amyl nitrate).

Tell your doctor about all your prescription and over-the-counter medications, vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start a new medication without telling your doctor.
